Free and premium plans

keel has two plans. The free plan is built around seeing your money this month. Premium adds the tools to understand and improve it over time. Whichever you're on, your own data is always yours to see.

What the free plan includes

• Your full month-by-month P&L, with last month and the year so far shown alongside this month, so you can see how it compares.
• Your transactions to review, edit and categorise.
• Your accounts.
• The things that need your attention (transactions to categorise, a statement to import) sit at the top of your P&L so nothing slips.

On the free plan, your home is the Full P&L.

What premium adds

Premium is the layer that makes sense of your numbers for you:

• Your financial health score.
• Your coach and coaching insights.
• The Summary view and month-on-month trends.
• Budgets, debt, savings, recurring charges, goals and projects.
• The dashboard.
• Bringing in past months in one go. On the free plan you build up months by importing them as they happen.

How it looks in the app

Premium features show in the menu with a small padlock. Tapping one takes you to a single page that shows what premium unlocks, where you can join the premium waitlist. Everything you can use on your plan is grouped together at the top of the menu, so it's always clear what you have.

Why it works this way

Your data is never the thing behind the lock. Your transactions, your accounts and your month-by-month P&L are always on the free plan. What premium adds is the interpretation on top: the score, the coaching, the trends and the planning tools. You can always see your own numbers; premium helps you act on them.

Can I compare this month to last month for free?

Yes. The free P&L shows last month, this month and the year so far together. The longer trends charts and the Summary view are part of premium.

Do I have to pay now?

No. For now, the upgrade page lets you join the premium waitlist. There's no checkout yet.

I was already using keel. Did I lose anything?

No. If you were already using keel, you keep full access.
