Getting started
Sending feedback
Report a bug, share an idea, or ask a question from anywhere in keel during the beta.
keel is in private beta, and the fastest way to shape it is to tell us when something's broken, confusing, or missing. There's a Feedback button in the corner of every screen once you're signed in — including while you're still setting up — so it's always one tap away.
How it works
Tap Feedback, choose whether it's a bug, an idea, or a question, and type a short note. To save you describing what you were looking at, keel attaches a little context automatically:
- a screenshot of the screen you're on,
- the page you're on,
- a replay of your session,
- and any recent technical errors from your browser.
You can switch the screenshot off before sending if you'd rather not include it. When you send, your note goes straight to the keel team and you'll see a quick confirmation. We review everything that comes in, follow up if we need more detail, and let you know when we act on something you raised.
You don't need anything special to send feedback — if you're using keel, the button's there. It works during onboarding too, which is often exactly when you'll spot something worth flagging.
Good to know
- Your screenshot stays with keel. Because keel handles your money, feedback and its screenshots are kept inside keel's own systems, not handed off to an outside tool.
- Your financial details aren't bundled into error logs. The technical information keel attaches records what kind of thing went wrong, not the contents of your screen.
- Can't get into the app? If you're ever locked out or keel won't load, email support@keel-finance.co — it's the backup that works when the app doesn't. A person reads it and replies.
FAQ
Will I get a reply? We read every submission and follow up if we need more detail. If we act on what you raised, we'll tell you. If you email support@keel-finance.co instead, that's a monitored inbox — a person reads it and replies.
Do I have to include the screenshot? No — it's on by default to save you time, but there's a toggle to leave it out.
Can I send feedback before I've finished setting up? Yes. The button is there from your very first screen.
